About Dr Edward Kachab
Dr Edward Kachab obtained his PhD from the University of Melbourne and later completed five years of post-doctoral training at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, in Melbourne.
He spent over six years with Landmark Education where as Head Coach in the Introduction Leadership Program, rated as one of the top leadership programs in the world. His team finished first out of 17 participating centres globally based on specific measures for personal transformation with program participants.
He was amongst the first to apply the principles of high-performance coaching to the challenging and often unpredictable area of biomedical research with outstanding success.
Dr Kachab has been a life-long innovator and author of five published patents.
He started up the Advanced Technologies Division at Panbio Ltd (now Alere Ltd), specialising in the innovation of novel diagnostic platform technologies and was involved in the early start-up of one of the world’s first nanotechnology company, Dendritic Nanotechnologies Inc.
He received an AusIndustry award for business excellence and innovation in 2003 followed by a $3.5 million Industrial Research grant in 2004.
In 2005 he was appointed as a Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland for three years.
Today he continues his association with the University of Queensland through sessional lectures on innovation and entrepreneurship.
He founded the highly successful Chemical Free Kids National Awareness Program and co-published the best selling book Chemical Free kids: Raising Healthy Children in a Toxic World.
Dr Kachab presently resides in Sydney, NSW. In his spare time he enjoys expanding his knowledge in the areas of quantum mechanics, the law of attraction and manifestation.
He is working on developing his skills to use meditative techniques for creativity and problem solving in business and in personal life.
